MIGU POINT Pisa

Ramus rajonas, šalia parduotuvė, orouostą galima pasiekti pėstute apie 40min. Kambarį turėjome su atskiru vonios kambariu, tai jame pritrūko šampūno, buvo tik dušo gelis. Lyginant kainą ir apartamentų kokybę, tai santykis normalus.. šeimininkas malonus.

Gan prasta garso izoliacija. Girdisi kai kaimynai eina į vonią, nes šalia durys apartamentų su bendra vonia. Kambariukas nedidukas, tinka tik nakvynei, mes net ir kavos atsigert dviems ankštoka, prisėsti tik ant lovos galima. Tokios kaip terasos, balkono nėra, nors foto matyti, bet gal kiti kambariai turėjo. Virtuvėlės irgi nėra, nebent užsisakysite visus kambarius. Tad butas tik savaitgalio kelionei:)

The location was very good. Close to the center and to the supermarket.

I would not stay here ever again. Migu point is basically just a shared flat with three separated rooms. Rooms are separated by paper thin walls and you can hear absolutely everything. You can hear the people going to the toilet, speaking, making coffee at 6am. We were really unlucky that some of them got back from the city at 2am and some of them woke up at 6am. Two older ladies were getting ready from 6am to 8:30, so we were up because of them. Terrible, probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Also the bed was really bad, making squeeky noises, having mattress so bad that when on of us turned around on the side, the other one was immediately awake. Two worst nights I have ever had through Booking.com (I have over 60 bookings). I would recommend the owner to do some crucial changes in soundproofing OR AT LEAST PROVIDE THE GUESTS WITH EARPLUGS which I do not get he do not do automatically.

Ambiente muito confortável e sossegado. Muito bom para quem queira descansar depois de um dia em cheio de visitas aos locais mais emblemáticos. Perto das atrações principais da cidade e com restaurantes próximos. Guido foi sempre muito prestável e simpático. Um grande obrigado pela estadia.

Tivemos que "lutar" contra uns mosquitos na primeira noite porque a rede mosquiteira estava avariada. Depois disso, não houve problemas.

Wir haben direkt am Haus einen Parkplatz gefunden, kostet ca. 2,50 Euro pro Tag.. Es war sehr ruhig

Exceptional host—warm, friendly, and attentive! The house sits in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood 15–20 mins from the center. Impeccably clean and spot-on with the description.

While it wasn't necessarily a fault of the property itself, the soundproofing isn't the best. At times, the noise from other tenants was quite loud, so just keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.
