"A nice cozy place to live in, work and relax."

The location of the house is very close to CNR research center and a nice place to live in. The host was very welcoming and has good facilities. The room in which I stayed in, is very pretty and has a nice east facing balcony and great for enjoying sunlight in the morning or evening. The location is also easily walkable and also the bus station is just 4 mins away. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

"Très bon séjour malgré le fait que cela ne soit pas un véritable appartement."

Bel appartement avec trois chambres. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Situé à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre historique. On peut également prendre un bus. Supermarché à côté.

Ne pas mettre appartement pour la réservation ! En fait, il y a 3 chambres ( très confortables dont une avec salle de bain et toilettes ), une autre salle de bain et une toute petite cuisine. Apparemment, il faut demander à l'hôte à l'avance pour cuisiner car on ne pouvait rien faire cuire. C'est ok pour prendre le petit déjeuner . Il n'y a pas de salon. Ce serait sympa de mettre un micro ondes à disposition. Les places de parking sont dans la rue avec horodateur ( de 08h00 à 14h30 et 0,75E/heure )

I had a very pleasant stay in Pisa. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with the added convenience of a private bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for a good night’s rest, yet still within walking distance of the city center and main attractions. It was great being able to enjoy the peace of a residential area while having restaurants, shops, and landmarks just a short walk away. The host was also very kind and welcoming, and even helped us book a taxi to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone visiting Pisa who wants both comfort and convenience.
