Spectacular apartment and excellent value for money. Second time booking here and it is without doubt a favorite of ours. We encountered no issues with check-in or access. The host provided clear, timely instructions, and the concierge downstairs was courteous and efficient. Since my last stay they've upgraded to premium linens and fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. I noticed a couple older reviews mentioned missing items or confusion during check-in, but they've rectified that as I experienced no issues whatsoever. Check in was very clear and smooth. Everything worked perfectly and the apartment had thoughtful, upscale touches throughout. Bonus: the parking bay is right by the elevator, which made things so easy. Plush bedding and towels made us feel instantly at home. Wifi was super fast. Tons of natural light and loved the views from the balcony. The location is unbeatable— convenient, safe, peaceful, and ideally situated in upscale Waterfall/Midrand, just steps from the Mall of Africa, top restaurants, shopping, and a great gym. We enjoyed the Life Day Spa and Olives and Plates restaurant on site now too! Weather was perfect so got to swim in the infinity pool as well. The host was communicative and friendly--any small questions we had were answered immediately. She was warm, gracious, and deeply attentive to our comfort. Excellent complex and building security. Was helpful to have the washer/dryer combo in the unit too. We found the power and water backup systems a huge plus so no power disruptions to our work or Netflix nights. Will book again when I come back. Highly recommended!
