Place is clean and elegant.

Check in process is lengthy. Couldn't find the alocated parking despite following the host's instructions. Called host she and wasn't much help. Spend almost 30 mins trying to locate parking

"The facility and location and service was good. Parking was taken and sheets were dirty."

We did not eat breakfast, we were not made aware of breakfast availability

The sheets were never washed, we had to cover the pillows with our clothes due to the sheets and pillows smelling very bad, they smelled dirty. The pillows were smelling like they have been used many times and not washed, used by someone with dirty hair or whatever but it was a very uncomfortable night. Parking was taken by someone else so had to battle to get me parked somewhere else.
