Leicester City Center The Boat House Building

Was ok. Not clean to my standard. Shoddy in places. Location made up for it. 24 hour reception was good.

The cleanliness. It needed doing up a bit. Room 401 was shoddy. Shower fell so you couldn't stand underneath it. However, linen and towels were very clean.

The property was basic.

The entry door to the room appeared to have been damaged or previously forced open, which was concerning. Another unsettling experience occurred after 1 a.m. when someone attempted to enter the room using a key. This made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about security and guest safety during my stay.

Just the night person was nice

Everything else. The sofa bed had a blanket over it to cover how wet it was and how much crumbs were on it and including gum that was stuck to it. You can smell weed and mould everywhere. I had to buy my own cleaning products to clean the bathroom as it was not clean. I had to sleep on the floor and I'm pregnant and let my mum and my one year old son sleep on the bed. Luckily I brought my own blanket. And the bathroom door had stuff all over it and just looked disgusting. The hygiene was awful. The stay was disgusting.

the value for money quite a big apartment

wasn’t too clean, pots wasn’t washed, balcony was like metal criss cross so u can see below you didn’t seem safe as we were on the 6th floor
