Apartment we were given did not match any of the photos on the booking, it was not nearly as nice. Door to the apartment is a single key lock, no extra security for a very busy loud corridor. The kitchen sink was missing a pipe so leaked massively (reported to reception immediately but no fix sent over the 2 days) Very worn out floor and paint throughout, including screws sticking up to catch feet on. Blinds were missing a few pieces in the lounge, bedroom curtain didnt even cover the window properly so lots of light in, also the window is broken so doesn't fully shut, means the weed smell from other Apartments leaks in. Only one mug, very limited cooking appliances and the tv doesn't even have normal channels. Pendant light in the bathroom which is very unsafe for regulations, very sticky glue on floor.

No cups provided, sofa was disintegrating, toilet seat didn't fit
