TK on the reception was an absolute gentleman and very helpful

getting in and out of the bath tub was very difficult, walk in showers would be better for elderly people like myself

Near to the Athena with a local shop next door

Stayed in flat 608. Place was not clean, had ALOT of flies in the main bathroom all over the walls and bath, bad smell in flat of smoking, cooker smelt of burning when switched on after wasted time trying to find the on switch on wall (light switch not a regulated cooker switch) Dirty plates Condensation on all windows with a draft and strong wind coming through gaps in window seal. Vertical blinds broken and didn’t cover the window properly for privacy Filthy Shower curtain in en-suite too short, and caused flooding in the room. Shower head too high on wall to reach and adjust and I’m 5’7” Temperature control was freezing and took ages to heat up then was far too hot. Bath Towels were tiny more the size of hand towels. Sofa was filthy had to put a towel down just to sit on it. There is a locked staff cleaning cupboard inside the flat with a note on door which should not be there in a rented flat TV did not work unless you had a subscription account or wanted to watch YouTube Rooms in the flat had individual timed storage heaters which were off and took forever to heat up the flat which was freezing on check in. On arrival there was a staff member shouting at the top of his lungs on the phone (in a foreign language) in the reception area by the front door making it very uncomfortable and intimidating for a lone female on entrance. Had it not been for the fact I had already prepaid and was very short on time before work I would not have entered and continue with my booking Flat felt like it was a staff hang out area, Not as described at all and definitely not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed and will not stay again

Excellent location, shops and staff

Need more kitchen facilities.. the curtains are better to be renewed to block the lights

I've stayed here several times both with family and friends it's a great place staff always on hand for any assistance that needed the apartment itself is very clean and very spacious I recommend a nice hot bath followed by a cup of tea and a good night sleep!!!

I didn't like having to go home my bed nowhere near as good as this.
