Location is great. Cottage is lovely and cosy with all the things you need. Amazing shower over the bath. Great pub over the road and also a few steps to the town. Easy parking outside.
Not much. I would say the key code needs tapping to wake up and not waving so that should be amended in the check instructions. As this is an older property be careful on the stairs as a little narrow at the bottom and low head height from the top room. This is to be expected for this style of traditional property so not an issue to us.

All round a lovely cottage. Very well thought out. Some welcome food extras for emergencies ( Pasta porridge milk oil S&P etc). Great location for the town & easy parking. Rye is full of interesting quirky shops cafes etc and a guided tour and sparkling wine tasting at Gusbourne vineyard was well worth doing. We had a lovely relaxing 5 days.

De locatie op loopafstand van het centrum, de leuke pub tegenover en de mooie inrichting van het appartement. Warm en gezellig!
Het is een ouder huis, dus vrij gehorig (maar opzich prima te doen) en het was wat stoffig.

Second time staying at this lovely cottage. A quiet terrace with a great foody pub opposite.
The patio was in full sun most of the day so a garden umbrella would have been useful.

Very comfortable cottage with a modern feel and patio garden. Opposite a lovely pub serving excellent food.
