Lovely cottage in a convenient location, especially as we came by train. Good facilities and very comfortable.
When we arrived there was a bag of dirty towels and the back door was open. The promised milk did not arrive. Bathroom floor had not beencleaned. However, our hosts were very apologetic when we contacted them and there was a lovely bottle of wine.

When someone says 'it's a five minute walk to the town' it IS a five minute walk to the beautiful town of Rye. Great pub across the road, serves a fabulous breakfast at the weekends. Free parking on Military Road.

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, short walk into Rye, wonderful pub with great food literally across the road. Separate living space ‘snug’ upstairs was an added bonus, super easy parking and immaculately clean. Claudia and Tim were very accommodating. Thank you both.
