South Pier Apartments by Sasco

It had comfortable beds but not enough tvs would have been better if it had tvs in every room Kitchen was very nice and big

The bed sheets where not fully cleaned when we arrived and the living room tv was to small

Very spacious and modern had everything we needed

I thought the cleaning fee is excessive and checkin could be a bit earlier

The property was nice bright and comfortable

The beds weren’t even beds they were sofas and the bedrooms were also small. You also had to sleep in the same room as the kitchen which was also not good as you could still smell the food which you cooked last night. The beds were also very small and the sofa beds were broken and was very uncomfortable. It said it could accompany 8 people however there were only 2 rooms which doesn’t make sense. There was also no place to park your car and you had to park another block away. It was also very expensive and the apartment didn’t live up to its standard. The customer service was also disgusting as they told us to go back home which is 2 hour away in the middle of the night and said they would refund only 90£.

It was very clean and spacious the customer service staff where brilliant would definitely recommend
