The sofa beds were not very uncomfortable and were not the same as shown online. They were old and the Duve has stained also the sheets on the bed of the first room. There was no broom left to sweep so we went and purchased. The decor for the reception room was completely different from online. The rules in the information booklet regarding noise were petty and it seems you could not enjoy your vacation with a 2-year-old. We were on eggshells trying for a toddler not to make noise soon one would complain and we would lose our deposit because of the noise as the booklet stated. This 11 to 8 quiet time for somewhere that you have paid for seems like you were in prison or a school seem crazy to me.

Two minutes to the beach on feet

They took deposit two times, one at the time of purchase and when I arrived to the apartment they refused to give me the key and the code before I pay £200 ( damage deposit) and when checked out I left the apartment in very good conditions ( I have recorded video ) then they transferred to me £116 and they kept £84 from my deposit !!! And did not refund me the deposit paid at the time of purchase, so lost £284 in this stay The apartment is on the second floor and the stairs really dangerous ( around 30 steps ) ,, very small rooms ,,

The property was a really good size with plenty of space for us all. Beds were comfortable - sofa beds are fine for one person. We came to visit the sandcastle waterpark so it was perfectly located, although I will say the streets back from the sea front weren’t the nicest! Staff were really friendly both times I spoke to them and check-in was simple.

A couple of the bits of furniture had some visible wear, as well as the decoration in places being worn. Water pressure in the shower was quite low but fine.

Don’t know where to begin ! Bed was broke slept on floor waited till next day for it to be fixed ! Meanwhile booked somewhere else who surprised my friend and I with a bed we could sleep in basics we all know but not at this apartment I got sent a video to watch ! And resolve myself ! Well sadly I left my drill and screwdriver at home as I was meant to be on a vacation! Shocking response from owner and certainly need to up their game !

Just the Location

In a staircase that is too long for a family to fit here with small children and suitcases I booked a ground apartment and was surprised to find an upper apartment There is insurance against damage, and no one told me about it. After you make the reservation, if you do not send it, we will not send you the apartment key number, knowing that the insurance link does not work. There is no communication with the owner of the place, as I tried to communicate with him quickly, but I could not, and when he responded, the response was very late There is no parking, even though the reservation stated that there is parking behind the property, which caused me embarrassment with the owners of the cars there. I cannot live in it again, and I do not advise anyone to live in it, knowing that I did not stay there until the end of my reservation

Amazing property and location, exactly how the pictures looked. We were a family of 8 and plenty of space. Great value for money will defiantly return
