Very clean, excellent location.

Weak Wi-Fi but not a real problem.

Keys were not ready until 2200ish

Not very clean A lot of broken appliances Damages to walls and furnishings Sofa bed x2 unsteady and wobbly - fall out easily

Perfect in every way

Just think it was a perfect place to stay Location wise Comfort And hosts were very accommodating to any question that we had.

The apartment was perfect for the three days we were there, everything you needed was there, nice modern and comfortable beds too, perfect location for Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle water park, also lovely cafe downstairs to have breakfast which was excellent, would definitely return and recommend

The stairs up were very steep and we had two flights fine if you don’t have mobility issues but I struggled a bit., would request lower floor next time

The property was absolutely huge, we had a washing machine & dishwasher to hand in as we needed them, it was a very pleasant apartment

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a brush or shovel to have a wee sweep up and the sofas were the comfiest to sleep or sit on but that certainly didn’t put us off enjoying our stay

The property was well located. It was specious and tastefully decorated and ideal for family with all the usual mod cons needed to keep everyone happy.

The property on arrival was dirty. There were many areas that required maintenance such as paint work bits of plastic missing from windows and such. Cosmetic and not a huge concern but when the pull out bed was moved from the wall to set up for the kids we found a wall socket hanging off with the wiring exposed. This was concerning as we have children and 2 of which have special needs and love to explore things that they shouldn’t. We had to rethink sleeping arrangements. I brought this to the company’s attention several times via email with photographic evidence and had literally no response. Worrying. The internet didn’t work and we did get some email support that evening re resetting the rooter etc and an alternative login Wi-Fi code but it didn’t work. This many that the TV didn’t work at all. They refunded £20 for this mess up. We received and email prior to our stay which was very lengthy and intense. The expectations of the place were obviously high in relation to the disposit and as per email clients were urged to photograph any issues so they didn’t loose the deposit. This I did. I must admit we were prettified to laugh or speak as they said they would charge us if noise was reported. We left that place cleaner than when we found it as I was worried I wouldn’t get my £200 deposit back. I’m very upset that they completely ignored a valid safety concern and violated health and safety regulations as a result. Some money needs spending on this place to maintain a safe standard and customer care in relation to this was non existent.

Lovely place had all the little things you forget beds very comfortable 😌
