Great location. Very clean. Great service on the phone beforehand. Lovely large living area for us to spend time together.

The table was very loose and wobbly. Was a bit worrying as didn’t want host to think we had broken anything. The WiFi password didn’t work, although we did not contact the host about this as we just used data. I’m sure it could have been sorted out if we’d been bothered about it.

Stunning Property: The property is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well-maintained. Fully Equipped: It comes with all the necessary facilities, including a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy, well-furnished bedroom. Spacious & Comfortable: The space is generous and exceptionally comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Family-Friendly: We traveled with our 6-year-old and had a wonderful time – the property is ideal for families. Prime Location: Located just a 5-minute walk from both the beach and Sandcastle Water Park, making outings super convenient and enjoyable. Excellent Host: The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Despite our last-minute booking on a Friday at 3 PM for same-day check-in, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Smooth Check-In: As their office closes at 5 PM, the host promptly called us, provided all the necessary check-in details in advance, and ensured we had a seamless arrival experience. Highly Recommend: Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and an unbeatable location – would definitely recommend and return!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK ANY OF THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! We had a boiler that didn't work so had no hot water. Washing machine with no drying rack and only electric heaters throughout. The TV is a smart TV and doesn't work, so I had to keep calling people out to fix it. WIFI doesn't work and the router is in another flat so again staff had to come out and fix it. The extractor fan above the oven doesn't work. The cherry on the cake was the fire alarm went off one morning and you couldn't turn it off. So every alarm in every room in the entire building was going off for a full day and it couldn't be fixed as the entire fire alarm system is dodgy "The electrician told us this". We had to evacuate the building for the day with a baby in tow and the entire family was traumatised. So if there was a fire we wouldn't have stood a chance. Obviously no checks on fire systems, boilers etc aren't being done, all the apartments are unsafe. The apartment was that BAD and there was that much wrong with it, we actually checked out during our stay and went home. I wouldn't recommend any of these flats to my worst enemy. We actually received a full refund through booking.com so it must have been bad. I'm deeply upset as I was staying in a building deemed unfit for use and dangerous and I had my child in that building, anything could've happened.
