The Bliss Hotel

Towels were not provided. I had to repeatedly request for them, Same goes for shaving kit.

We liked the room and the way the hotel was professionally managed. Although the room we got didn't have a good view as it was facing another building right next to it, the room was quite good from the inside. Their in-house restaurant is amazing with good food and a great view of the entire city as the restaurant is at the top floor. The restaurant staff was also quite good. The hotel is professionally managed and the staff is always there to assist you should you need anything.

Our room didn't have a good view, while we saw other rooms had a better view. We might have got this room because of the lack of other rooms with a good view.

Actually the hotel is good for 3 star and price paid. The beds are comfortable. Just the experience for the night we stayed was not good.

Maintenance and cleaning of some public spaces needs attention. Bathroom hygiene needs improvement. Room on 3rd floor and lots of noise from restaurant above until late after midnight. Walls are very thin. Loud sound of water dropping all night from neighbor room. All of this resulted in a very bad night sleeping. Too many switches without any reference what it is used for but this seems to be the fashion with many hotels in India. Staff needs better training.

Tinged smell from toilet - it's spread over the entire room.
