Dear Managment I recently stayed at The Bliss hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience with the early check-in process. I understand that early check-ins are subject to availability, but I was disappointed to be denied check-in for arriving just two and half hours before the standard time. Moreover, being charged an additional ₹650 for this small time difference felt unreasonable, especially considering the overall duration of my stay. As a guest, the early check-in flexibility is something I value, and many hotels provide it as a gesture of goodwill when possible, without an extra fee or with a minimal one for short time frames. In this case, I feel the policy could be more accommodating or flexible for guests arriving only a short time before the official check-in.I hope this feedback is helpful and can assist in improving future guest experiences. Despite this issue, The Receptionist "Rithika" was so arrogant that she was not ready to think of early checkin. I had travelled all the way from banglore and i reached early beyond expected time. But to my surprise she was not at all ready to listen to my request of early checkin.
