Cosy seaside town cottage with private garden

Great centrel location

Great location in the city centre, clean and fresh, with all the amenities required for a good night's rest.

Great location, comfortable, quiet. Had all that was needed.

The cottage was in a perfect location as our son was completing the Sirona 100 endurance run. The cottage was clean , comfortable and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is brilliant. Enclosed garden a big plus. Beds are really comfy, so we all slept well. The kitchen was well equipped and having a smart TV was great. WiFi meant we could work too.

Parking is tricky as we have a large 7 seater so we parked on the very reasonable public car park. Stairs inside the house are steep. Neither of these things bothered us, but if you have mobility issues, just be aware.

Location is brilliant, cardigan is a lively town, and you have easy access on foot to its pubs eateries and shops.

Some aspects need a revamp, a new shower, and mattresses replacing.

Character cottage although located in centre of town it was quiet and not overlooked. Was able to explore the town and the local area without having to drive. Parking is available next to the cottage , the lane is narrow so only suitable for small cars. Beds were comfortable and linen spotless. Glad to have a range of recycling containers available for use. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, crockery and plenty of fridge space as additional one available in the basement.

The information about the key code number was not available through the booking website, nor were responses to my messages. The owner did reply, however , I found them in my e mail inbox on my return home. This is something the booking organisation needs to check. Luckily I met the cleaner at the property so was able to gain access. Some of the information in the folder inside the property about parking and key code could also be made available on the booking site the day before our arrival. We cleaned the baking tins before use as they were greasy, removed the congealed coffee from one of the storage tins apart from this the kitchen was clean. We would have appreciated additional drying cloths and kitchen sponges. Struggled with the temperature adjustment on the shower. Would get it balanced and then part way through the jet would suddenly turn very hot.
