Cosy seaside town cottage with private garden

The hosts were excellent. Very accommodating to requests of early check-in and they even offered us late check-out.

Stairs are very steep so not ideal for young children.

Garden not as picture shows, completely neglected. Cold shower. Basement stairs open not covered with gate as picture shows. Old musty smell.

Great location and also quiet,

It did smell musky, kitchen was clean, needed a good dust on t shelves , afew cobwebs, all t towels were still in t washing machine, had to ring t contact, t double bed upstairs was very uncomfortable and u could feel t base.

Musty smell on entering the house, it didn't affect our stay but outside rear of house not as photograph Parking useful for small vehicles only really, we managed it but was tight

Location nearby the High Street was positive for access on foot.

Access with vehicle was very difficult. The steps and stairs were potentially dangerous within the property we believed , to such an extent we did not stay and left after a few hours. We were a party of 3 adults- no hanging space in top bedroom and with steep narrow stairs to the bathroom below made for a stressful potential night if needing the bathroom. Communication with owners also mot evident the day after.
