The location is good staff are friendly but bathroom was not clean and there was foul smell coming from the bathroom drain

Fantastic place to stay in Palolem! Very spacious rooms and bathrooms and nice to be able to make tea/coffee in the room and then sit on the lovely terrace outside to drink it. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ton's café, the attached restaurant, does good breakfasts and you can have that on your terrace too! We liked it here so much that we have booked to stay for another three nights on our return from Hampi!

The toilet rolls are very small and run out after two days!

Lovely big and very light rooms with lots of space. Great to have a fridge. Big bathroom with 2 shower heads and plenty of hot water. Very good location.

Toilet roll was poor quality

Very good value for money. Only 2 mins from the beach. The rooms are spacious with a wardrobe, fridge, kettle, a/c & a lockable drawer. This is the softest bed I had slept on in Goa

We stayed also Feb 2024 - property was very new & well painted inside - bathroom in particular needs attention now water marked & looking bit shabby otherwise all lovely there

We loved the room, the porch/balcony and how quiet the accommodation was, despite it being New Years when we stayed. The staff were so friendly, always happy to help and welcoming. This accommodation was a great find, it's located on a road behind the main road so it was peaceful. It was very secure. Would recommend this place to anyone that visits Palolem.

There was a mould smell in the bathroom which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the accommodation was great and we had the best stay.

Location was great, 10 cabins facing each other, 5 either sude. with a very well maintained garden path though the middle leading to the beach. Unlike other places to stay with the same setup there were NO people using it as a cut through which meant it was very private. The rooms were lovely and clean and the guys (Nilan & Sanjaya) simply could not do enough for you, way beyond anything we have experienced before, as example we said the ceiling fan was making a tiny clicking speed (and it was a very tiny noise) they changed it for a brand new one. Rooms cleaned as often as you required, towels changed as required. No noise at all from surrounding area, great for shops or beach both just 3 - 4 minutes away.
