We had originally booked 1 week arrived 3 days early and Utam sorted us with a room and a beach room for the night he could not accommodate us . Then we stayed for our week , rooms are spotless , staff are amazing , just off the main road 2 min from beach . Restaurant area also great value . I would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Palolem !

Loved everything

We loved this place and the attached restaurant Tons. We were so well looked after, the location is perfect, quiet but really close to the beach and shops. The room is huge, friends we met there booked for next year after seeing how much better in all aspects including price it was to theirs. It’s a calm oasis with lovely staff and amazing food. We’d go back in an instant.

I thought it was just a little expensive but it was Xmas !

Amazing place for single, family or group stay. People are really friendly, rooms are huge and super clean. Enough close to walk to beach and enough far away to don’t be disturbed by night vibes. Thank you.

Very close location to the beach, comfortable bed, warm shower, very good value for money

Really friendly staff! Nice bungalows in a calm setting. Close to the beach but you don’t get any road noise. I would highly recommend.

Second row behind the.beach but yards from the beach the resort was quite clean and great value .

A real gem in Palolem 😍 The accommodation has a super great and amazingly quiet location, just a few steps and you are by the sea. The rooms are very spacious, cozy and equipped with important things like fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. Large bathroom, nice light flooded bedroom with glass front and general a lot of space. The associated café "Ton's Café" is also very recommendable! There they offer a large selection of super tasty food and drinks at great prices 🤩 Everything we tried tasted very good. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, the service is super attentive and courteous 🙏 The beautiful large private balcony is perfect for relaxing, working and enjoying the sun 🌞 We liked it so much that we have extended our stay here by an additional month.
