The owner of the condo was always available to respond to issues and did her best to handle them unfortunately, given the fact that she’s 2000 miles away the staff she has to oversee what’s going on are not always doing a five star job. Cleanliness was not the best breakfast was items in the fridgeof a smattering of perishables (definitely not enough for three people for 13 days, ) and a tray of non-perishables that only upon request were topped up for a 13 day stay. When it said breakfast included, I wasn’t expecting to have to cook.. moreover if this is the case and you’re providing food inquiry with the guest for dietary restrictions it’s probably a good idea. My husband is a vegetarian so four pieces of fruits did not suffice for the length of stay : additionally given the length of stay, I also requested an extra clean given that the place was not well done (when the cleaner arrived she asked if I had cleaned it myself when I pointed out areas that needed to be cleaned i.e. walls and doors.- which I had not at that point yet because I believe I was on vacation ) upon arrival which she did do, but even with guidance, the cleaner left things that I myself had to clean. The air conditioner is loud and does not function well . Upon checkout, the property manager instituted herself five minutes after the 11 o’clock hour as we were rushing to leave and four minutes after we exited the building sent a message quite accusatory indicating that a beach chair was missing. What did we do with this? The beach chairs are so heavy and it’s a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach. (which we were not expecting ) We didn’t even take them with us once we preferred to rent them from the beach itself Everything in the area including the building is gated and when I went out for a run, I was accosted three times by two different homeless men even with reporting it to the police nothing happened.. the building itself is quite antiquated and not always kept in the best condition.

They are infested with cockroaches. My fiancé and I flew all the way out there from New Hampshire, the first night we got there. My husband said he seen one in the draw, but he didn’t say nothing to me when he was putting his clothes away cause he didn’t wanna freak me out cause he knows I have a phobia . I found one on the floor dead. I took a picture of it. I literally freaked out like I said I have a phobia . They were just coming out from everywhere the bathroom drain the closet from behind the clock . Contacting the owner, which is ELLE. And sent her a picture and her response was UGH . I slept with a hoodie on every night tied socks sweatpants couldn’t sleep held my flashlight on every night when I got up to go to the bathroom because we used our savings to go to Puerto Rico and stay at this place then the second night we ordered food to sit down at the desk to eat, and they all came out from behind the clock. She sent her husband over and he’s killing cockroaches and puts a towel under the closet door and told us that they pay for somebody to come every month and exterminate the apartment. I could go on and on all I’m saying is listen the place. until I seen all of them cockroaches I I really liked it. It’s it was comfortable the owner ELLE He’s very kind and caring. But I just wish that she would’ve give us our money back and put us in a hotel when we were out there. I still haven’t even brought my luggage upstairs and it’s Sunday. I got home Thursday night, so it wasn’t a vacation. I’m more stressed out now than I was before I left.

I recently stayed at Feeling Tip'Sea for two nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the sea, which made for lovely beach strolls. The apartment was pretty and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. I also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host; they were responsive and quick to address any concerns I had.

On the downside, the check-in procedure was a bit challenging. However, thanks to the easy communication with the host, it ultimately went smoothly. Additionally, the breakfast setup was not what I expected. Instead of a traditional breakfast service, the fridge was stocked with a few basic items, requiring guests to prepare their own meals. While this offered a more personalized breakfast experience, it may not suit everyone’s preferences.

The location (close to beach, bus stop, restaurants), it’s was fully furnished, had a kitchen, balcony, living room, separate bedroom!

No change machine machine for getting quarters to use the laundry, needed to be cleaned better after the previous renters

I highly recommend this apartment. It was clean and in a fantastic location. Lori was exceptional, warmly welcoming my mother and family. She helped me with everything I needed. Thank you so much for everything.
