GBGBBreakfast plentiful choice of good quality breads, spreads, jams, yoghurts, branded cereals (they taste better), milks, teabags, access to well-furnished v clean bathroom (plentiful hot water via shower or bath and plentiful clean fluffy towels), clean comfortable bed, kitchen, and living room with 3 piece suite, TV at the correct height, dining table and chairs - and beautifully planted flowery back garden Excellent very quiet and leafy suburban location with plenty of parking. Lovely view across leafy gardens from the little front single room. Good wifi. And most of all kind and helpful hostess Cathy.
TINY personal points would be: Add a bedside lamp to the little room, add a second pillow (most now expect this), and if possible replace the single portion packets of instant coffee that contain creamer, with coffee only packets (there's plenty of milk), and replace unlimited sweetened juice drinks with (rationed) unsweetened juices. However, these are small points - there was plenty to choose from.
GBThe location was perfect, near to town and local amenities but far enough away for peace and quiet. The host is fantastic, couldn't do enough for me. The room was clean and tidy with the bed being comfortable. A perfect place for a quick stop over and a longer stay.
