On my check-in date, there was no staff at all except for a girl at reception. I had to carry my entire luggage on my own. In our room, we weren't provided with any toiletries and not even proper drinking water.

The property is listed on Booking.com under a different name, and there is no name board in front of the property. The name listed on Booking.com appears at a different location on maps. All of this made finding the hotel extremely difficult. I ended up walking around for 30 minutes under the hot sun. The operator of this hotel does not take responsibility for the listing on Booking.com. He claimed that he hasn’t listed the property there and blamed some parent company for doing so (a rather lame excuse). The staff seemed completely clueless. The property is located in front of a bypass (not at a junction), so there are no nearby restaurants or facilities. Even online taxi services are reluctant to accept bookings to this location, as heavy traffic is often present in front of the property. Need to walk 10 mins under sun to reach a tea shop. Additionally, the property lacks basic facilities, such as drinking water. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided during the stay.

Large Bed, capable of sleeping 3 people. Good location, ample car parking.

The rooms are not at all as shown in the pictures here, it is on the top floor, without RCC roofing, which makes it really hot in the afternoon. Room, lighting and bathroom is dated , TV didn't have channels, Bedding was old. Service was very slow, Intercom didn't work, AC cooling was slow.

The initial payment I have given & cancelled hasn't been re-imbursed yet. The hotel is not providing tooth paste too. Breakfast was not included though for much lesser price in the website breakfast was included. I booked by calling a staff at Oyo (using the number given in mail)as I cancelled my first booking realiding it's another site(Oyo) instead of booking.com.When emails started to pop up from Oyo,I thought both the sites are same & I tried to book again but couldn't as I cancelled one booking sometime back.So I called up in the number shown on e-mail and was charged way above the price.
