Location and room size

Poorly maintained property. Room furniture and fixtures needs to be re-furbished or replaced. Toilets were having a stinking odour and as the toilet doors were open when i entered the room, the bad smell was spread everywhere. Even the air conditioner was not working properly and it also needs servicing.

The rate was very different in different sites. The original rate was 1800/- on 30/11/24 but I was charged 2760/- by OYO. I actually booked in booking.com but how come OYO asked to pay me the amount mentioning the hotel is in high demand & charged very high amount.Are the two sites linked??

The initial payment I have given & cancelled hasn't been re-imbursed yet. The hotel is not providing tooth paste too. Breakfast was not included though for much lesser price in the website breakfast was included. I booked by calling a staff at Oyo (using the number given in mail)as I cancelled my first booking realiding it's another site(Oyo) instead of booking.com.When emails started to pop up from Oyo,I thought both the sites are same & I tried to book again but couldn't as I cancelled one booking sometime back.So I called up in the number shown on e-mail and was charged way above the price.
