The accommodation was beautiful. It was difficult to find the hotel. However, the staff immediately came to help us and was very friendly and helpful.

NOTHING

1. The toilet was NOT properly fixed to the floor, POOR construction quality. I almost have an accident during the midnight, as the toilet was so unstable. The bare minimum requirement for an accommodation should be to have the bathroom fixtures properly installed and functioning. 2. The sink didn't drain water - the management claims that to be able to drain water, you have to click on the center of the drain. It is ridiculous to need to click so water goes thru the sink. Refer to photo. If that is the case, their staff should be careful and leave a functioning sink for guests. 3. No air extractor, neither bathroom window - it gets smelly, humidity. I only stayed one night so I could not imagine how it will smell after a longer stay. 4. Last but not least, DIRTY bedsheets. The staff wasn't even responsive to provide a compensation for their catastrophic service, even if they recognized they have closed the room to repair. Honestly an accommodation that tells you the room won't be available for a next guest - SHOULD BE REFUNDING THE FULL AMOUNT FOR HAVING PROVIDED AN UNUSABLE ACCOMMODATION. Mistakes happen, maintenance is required - but to have a horrible customer service and poorly attention to the client, makes this hotel NOT RECOMENDABLE AT ALL. For this price, there are way much better options in the area. This is not worthy of your presence.

It far exceeded my expectations given how much I paid for. The place was new, peaceful, pretty, very clean and comes with a good sunset view.

The location wasn’t the best as you’ll have to walk pass a construction site to get to. Instructions had to be given to some gojek and grab drivers to find the place.

Rooms were a great size and cleaned quickly everyday. Beds comfortable. Staff are friendly and usually around. Quiet, though close to quite a bit.

Coffee/tea in rooms. Needs a few finishing touches, especially in the bathroom. Pool is tiny. Access to hotel could be much nicer. USB port would be a nice touch.

Clean and new accommodation. The room had good aircon and was a nice size. Nice bathroom. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Nice facilities to self cater if you were on a budget. Our room was cleaned everyday. Close to some top cafes in Bali

the owner and the staff were all so nice and hospitable, they were always there to help if needed and kept the place very very clean… the guest house had a real cosy feeling and the location is great!

the only thing I didn’t like was the smell of my bathroom, I think because I was right next to the river underneath, but other than that, the bathroom itself was very clean and the shower was good also!

Clean room,comfortable beds,small kitchen with fridge aaand filter tap water😍so you can refill your bottle anytime.Place is close to everything,12min walk to the beach and many nice restaurants and shops around.

Location is center enough, and quiet at the same time me time. Facility is new, about two months, really new. Toilet is big and water pressure stable.
