Très bon accueil. Bien placé, chambre,salle de bain spacieuses, propres. On a pu laisser nos bagages après avoir rendu les clés et aller balader.

Un peu bruyant car la route est proche.

Deluxe Double Room with Sea View I booked a deluxe double room with a sea view, and both the size and the view met my expectations. However, the cleanliness could have been better—the rug in front of the bed was damp and had an odor when I arrived, and I found a cockroach in the room on the second day. Once I informed the owner, she immediately removed the rug and even cleaned my room twice, which I truly appreciated. Her behavior was very kind, and she gave me helpful tips on where to shop and how to cover Colombo’s attractions in a single day. The hotel is located right by the main road, beach, and train track, so you’ll often hear trains passing and music from the Pearl Beach restaurant across the street. I was aware of this beforehand, so I can’t complain given the price. If you plan to explore Colombo, this property is quite far from the city center, so your overall transport costs are likely to be higher.

The place was immaculate. Clean and cozy. Not the entrance though. All the staff except one was so nice and friendly. The owner lady was very polite and helpful. The location was convenient too. Great view of the sea.

The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Air con worked well and liked having the fan as well!

Didn’t like that we didn’t get any amenities like soap, shampoo etc. It was very noisy as the bathroom had a window with no glass so could hear all the train and street noise. The bathroom also smelt weird. Not the same level of friendly hosts that we received everywhere else in Sri Lanka.

This place is amazing. The hosts are so kind, very clean room, well equipped, nice balcony to see sunset. And a really good shower as well. Highly recommended.
