Very good location (restaurant down at accomodation), 5 minutes walking to beach, close to supermarket, very safe area. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thank you). They prepared me a festive cake for my birthday 🥰 Large room, ac, large and very confortabile bed.

No mini (or why not big?) Refrigerator in room

This was my 4th time staying at this place. The cleanliness was excellent, everything was well-maintained and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the stay more enjoyable. The sea view from the room was absolutely amazing and one of my favorite parts of the experience. I always look forward to coming back here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very nice owners, the room was great, best looking bathroom, clean and nice and a good location in Colombo.

After a few disappointing stays in Colombo im very happy I found this place. Perfect location, sea view is guaranteed. The host is very nice and attentive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Easy access to everything from this place. Plus there’s a very nice Indian/arabic style restaurant downstairs as well. Also many cozy beach restaurants are just outside the property. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Just the railway is next to the property but it is common with every hostel in this area which has a sea view.

It's a great place and very friendly staff.
