Open Hotel by Olive - The Emerald Inn

Not worth. The TV was placed parallel to the bed at half foot distance, not usable at all. The room and washroom are very small. The washroom does not have standing space for bathing. The room is totally closed and does not have an exhaust space. The window is extremely close to the next building means The room becomes very hot in the absence of AC subsequently causing it to smell. The staff is not attentive. No cleaning in 2 days of my stay. Asked for water bottle in the room which they didn't provide even after calling two times. No assistance at the time of check out saying no one is available. Very limited breakfast with 2 options and average taste. You have better options to stay nearby within the same price range.

Convenient location attached restaurant and all facilities

I mentioned and the reception took feedback and showed keen interest to fix in future. Its a new venture so I hope they iron out the wrinkles and if they strive they will do great.

Bengaluru is always known for good and heavy breakfast , the spread was awesome , the food was prepared in less oil and very tasty .

Nothing specific , the place place was kept clean in surroundings and service was exceptionaly good .

Noise from fan & Outside there is a kitchen ventilation sound will ruin sleep
