Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with broken furniture and a foul smell. Security was a major concern as the doors didn't lock properly, and anyone could access the premises without any checks. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to our concerns. Basic services like housekeeping and room service were either delayed or unavailable. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay."

Awesome Service

Room was so neat, comfortable, it was budget friendly also. Room service was by staffs were fast responsive and good., given information about what needed. Restaurant was too good, all dishes tastes awesome, recipes were customised also. This Hotel having more facilities like Roof top pub, Banquet hall, Restaurant - kitchen & bar, Spa, Boutique. Summerised to everything one sentence about the Stay is " Enjoyed the Stay at our leisure".

During my stay at Hotel Emerald Inn, I appreciated the exceptional service provided by two restaurant staff members, Bhushan and Tina. Despite the challenges I faced, their politeness and willingness to assist, even beyond their departmental duties, stood out and made a positive impact on my experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Emerald Inn for a week-long work trip, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The facilities advertised on their website were not provided, and the hotel appeared unfinished with insufficient staff. Management was poor, and I had to change rooms multiple times due to issues like lack of water, malfunctioning AC, and broken door locks. Instead of a peaceful stay, I found myself constantly contacting room service, often without response. Eventually, I had to leave due to these problems. While two restaurant staff members were polite and helpful, even handling issues outside their department, the overall experience was unpleasant. Upon explaining the situation to the manager, a staff member named Roshni rudely questioned why I stayed despite the issues and later pleaded for me not to leave a negative review. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve future guests’ experiences.
