Almost everything. This hotel is tired, and grubby. Carpets are old and well overdue to be replaced. Rooms are old and need updating - for example, there are no easily accessible plugs to charge cellphones/laptop. I suspect this room was built well before USB ports were a thing. Bathrooms are also old. Really small a cramped shower with poor water pressure and a shower head that sprays water everywhere. Restaurant is all blinged up, but sadly the food is not. I had a very poor meal. This hotel, and the prices it charges, is clearly targeting people with too much money and not enough class. Politicians and taxi fleet owners who come for the flash.

Zimmer liegen im Urwald und daher fast kein Licht im Zimmer. Sehr düster mit der ganzen Einrichtung. Sauberkeit Toilette könnte besser sein. Essen nicht speziell.
ZAZABeautiful lodge in the rainforest. You can definitely get a filling of a tropical island. Picture perfect, the view from the swimming pool is amazing. Nice breakfast, good restaurant, and bar. Great place for a romantic, relaxing getaway.
Rooms and bathrooms are very outdated. No welcome drink offered on arrival. It would be nice to have a printed hot breakfast menu. It is not clear what you can order.
