ZAZAI love that everything was under one roof, hotel, restaurants, spa and access to the beach. The staff were amazing and gave us wonderful advice on where to go and what to do.

Room smelt a bit damp. Mattresses very poor and need replacing. Loungers around the pool were very uncomfortable as cushions always slipped off. Needs replacing.

ZAZAI loved the location and the environment. The pool was beautiful and the bali jungle feel was incredible. The golf course was perfect and some of the staff were extremely friendly such as the porters, bar staff & the maítre d at the restaurant. The spa was also top class & so were the staff there.
I dont even know where to begin. I dont usually leave bad reviews but with 5 star lodging you expect luxury & good treatment & I did not feel that at Zimbali. I brought my parents to spoil them but it did not feel like a spoil at all. 1) no welcome drink on a Saturday check in. 2) Aircon did not work in the room and even once inspected and confirmed zero compensation was offered so I was up all night sweating & unable to sleep comfortably. 3) reception staff had terrible attitudes & arrogance. No one went out of their way to help & every time I asked for a swim towel or had a request it felt like I was annoying them. 4) the chicken that arrived for dinner was still raw. Upon inspection and confirmation zero compensation was offered & the full amount was still charged to the bill. 5) there were no luxury products in the room. 1 small round bar of cheap soap to share between the shower & the hand washing sink. No shampoo, no conditioner. It just all felt a bit cheap & a bit on the skimping side which I did not expect from Zimbali.
