The entire experience was not as expected

Check in was slow and unorganized. Staff were not helpful. Lack of staff delayed everything. Restaurant service was awful. Check out was also slow and unorganized. The equipment in the room was not of good quality

They have so many amenities that keeps one busy and entertained you literally have everything there you didn’t need to go out.

It’s a little outdated. It could use a refresh. And the À la carte menu for breakfast doesn’t work because the service is slow.

Beautiful place Ambiance, serenity and the place is very quiet. Rooms are neat and clean and recently got renovated

The first day of our stay they didn’t offer buffet for breakfast and there service was too slow, No access to the beach with your own car, have to wait all the time for the shuttle which goes every hour, it’s inconvenient if you want to get something from the resort you have to wait. Please change the shampoo bar to normal liquid shampoo/body wash, more than one person fan use the same soap bar

The rooms are too small , the floor its not good, the view its not good,its dirty around the house and mosquitoes

The room we got had an old dirty looking bath tab with a shower door that doesn’t close and also at the restaurant we waited for an hour before getting any help. Eventually I asked see the manager and they came and apologized and offered to give us lunch for free. They even promised to upgrade my room next time we’re booked at the lodge.
