Easy going, well organised and equipped. Clean and everything we needed.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

No breakfast option. Cook yourself in communal kitchen.

The accommodation is dated and best suited for backpackers. There was a person sleeping at the top of the stairs leading to the communal area when I went to make my breakfast. The motel is difficult to find with just a small sign. Awkward to carry suitcases down steps over a fairy bridge nd up more steps. Would not suit older travellers. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Very good location, right in centre of Queenstown and a 2 minute walk to the supermarket. Good modern facilities including full kitchen and comfy lounge. Excellent clean showers and toilets. Bonus was able to do washing and laundry there for free. Was also a nice social experience to meet people from all around the World.

The bed of double room was so comfortable. However, there was no chair in the room or small coffee table. Self check in was easy. Louisa, one of the staff is so friendly and customer orientated. Kitchen and bathroom though common shared are clean and has all the facilities.. Ideal location and easily accessible to public transport.and places of attractions. Located some 5 minutes to Famous Fergburger and skyline gondola. A big thanks to Tom, the manager who is a proactive guy. Highly recommended for short stays.

Old furniture such as old and damaged chairs in the kitchen. They are a few of chairs in dining hall.

Basic clean very good

Super noisy - washing machine going on after 10pm - woke me up twice so at 1105pm I turned it off. There is no sign asking guests to be quiet time 10pm near washing machine. But there is a huge sign saying don’t use btw 10-2pm. Also using kitchen whizz noisy stuff after 19pm. I was in kea under kitchen. Access door wide open. Bad air flow. Room smaller than it looks online. Windows need a deep clean.
