"Great for late hour arrivals"

Very close to the bus station for Saoviet. We took a 7pm bus and arrived at around midnight, so booked the accomodation for the first night in Sapa and walked to the next one that was in Sapa town for the rest of our stay. We sent a note via booking chat that we were arriving at around midnight and they waited for us to check in. Room was comfortable and we had a nice warm shower when we arrived. There was breakfast included the next morning.

Noisy in the early morning due to the location next to a big road.

Excellent staff, particularly Mr Ngo,, all fantastically helpful and friendly - stepping out of their scope of their duties to assist and making it comfortable. The facilities are in excellent condition and clean. We love it.

The location is superb! Just the exact area for the bus stop.The room has a million dollars view... The staff is very helpful.. Mr. Kenny Ngo helped us with our transportation during our stay. He is very helpful and we can choose2 which room we like 👍

Only that our room. Facing the road and we could hear the car horn and the traffic below.

"Cheap price but was not a comfortable stay."

Cheap price.

The room was dirty and they did not clean the room or take garbage or replace towels each day. The noise from the road was extremely loud as the balcony doors did not close properly. We gave our laundry in the morning and came back at the end of the day to find it still sitting behind the counter not cleaned.

Near to the Sao Viet Bus Stop. Reception available 24 Hrs. Our Bus arrived around 5.15am and reception is there to assist us. The staff was so friendly and helpful to assist us to book ticket to Fansipan and book the taxi for us to Ta Van.

The owner and staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is near the center, easy to go around. Room is spacious and comfy.

The hostel is on the main road so there is noise at night as many bus go by. The room in 2nd floor with mountain view is blocked by electric cables so it was not totally a good view.
