Stuff is really good! The manager of the hotel was always willing to help and improve our stay; they arranged a rental of scooter and organized a super comfortable bus to Ninh Binh (even drove us to the bus station). The beds have sheets with heating system.

The rooms don’t have ventilation system (even in the bathroom), so it’s a little wet inside.

We had a great stay at the cosy hotel , I recommend it. New hotel with a great owner !

Really helpful and attentive host - let us check in early and check out late at no extra cost. Comfortable beds with a great view of the town and mountains. Amenities like kettle, soap, shampoo etc all provided.

Great location in the centre of town, and a lovely view of Sapa from the window / balcony. Very clean and super helpful staff! Great value for money.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the location of the hotel was more convenient because it was the departure and destination of the sleeping bus.

We arrived with the bus at 4am and it was in walking distance to the bus stop. We could check in with no problems. The hotel room was very clean and big. I recommend.

It is a bit noisy, because it is close to a main road.

The location was very central to what we wanted to see. The night market was walking distance as well as the church

It's located on the main Street so you hear cars most the night
