Really great location, clean and beautiful apartment! We had everything we needed and they waited us with some welcome beverages. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Budapest

Apartment in general, the location, it was clean, good air conditioner, good wifi connection

For cooking there is just one big pot, maybe one additional and smaller would be great

The house was quite clean and cozy. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but we found it in the end.)) Market, shops, transport are all located nearby. I recommend everyone to carefully read the instructions sent by the hotel via email regarding the key, finding the apartment and other rules, it helps a lot. Thanks to the hotel administration, everything was fine.

Under the mattress of the bed of the upper floor - fix the boards (supports) holding the mattress. During the night, the middle of the mattress collapsed due to the fact that the slats were not fixed.

The location is so great!!! Enough space for 6 people 👌🏻

There are a lot of pieces of decor, and they are antique, and there is pretty much dust on them, because it is difficult to clean such things.

I would like to inform you of this since I want to know if we get some positive action from your side. My family likes to visit Hungary but we had quite a bad experience from this case. I hope to get some positive reply from your side as soon as possible. The Hotel Details as below. Property Name: d.Five Tailor Apartment in the Center. Address: 1052 Budapest, Petőfi Sándor utca 10., Hungary Tel No: +36 30 722 2794 Period stay: From Apirl 14 2023 to April 16 2023. We had a big problem when we stayed on the property. Our Family are all KOREAN and we stayed in ISTANBUL/TURKIYE currently. We check-in April 14 2023 on this property as scheduled. However, The thief broke into our room and stole $1000 in cash, Laptop Computer(Macbook) and Airpods. The total value of being stolen is around $ 4,500 ~ $ 5,000 I called the property right after noticing this thing happened. However, I couldn't reach the manager of this property for 30 minutes and my father staying in Istanbul tried to reach the manager of this property. Eventually, My father reached the manager of the property and the property manager arrived the property 30 minutes after the police arrived. I am not sure if that thief has been correlated with this property or not. But I feel this thief broke into our room as if he knew we were coming in advance. Otherwise, I have to say the timing was perfect to break into our room.

By extension, The attitude of the Police was also unexplainable.. My Airpods constantly informed us where it was (This signal is still being shown through my IPHONE). I showed this signal where it was coming from to the Police and asked him to go to catch the thief. However, The Police never listened to what I told and he didn't do anything. I sent more than 30 times the location of Airpods to the Hungarian Police, I never got any reply. It makes me feel frustrated and pissed off. Now, I am sending to you the investigation report made by the police. Please, find the attached file. I would like to inform you that we spent more than 6 hours to cooperate with the Hungarian police and we couldn't even sleep on time and also spent another 2 hours in the Police station the next day. So, We felt terrified and couldn't stay on this property for the night of April 15 since we consider this property is not safe at all. So, we decided to move to another Hotel for the night of April 15 2023. I asked the manager of this property to pay for another Hotel in order to sleep the night of April 15 2023 since most of the money we had has been stolen. but he refused. For that reason, We were so furious about this property. The Lock system of this property is pretty much not securable and tight. It can be unlocked very easily by anybody from my point of view. It can be opened or unlocked with even one simple screwdriver. So, As far as I am concerned, we have the right to get reimbursement for what we being stolen from this property. My father's lawyer said this property must have the insurance in order to do the property rental business according to the EU LAW. In that case, What we being stolen by the thief can be covered by the insurance of the property and this property must apply for it. Anyway, My father is also checking all possible ways for getting reasonable compensation with his lawyer now.

perfect location, the apartament it is spacious, and with everything you need. very clean, and very comfortable. highly recommended

The appartment is nicely furnished, on two floors with enaugh place. Also the location in city is great and the flat is situated in an old building which has a nice atmosphere.

1. We saw different price before paying and after paying for flat. Nowhere was written that we had to pay some extra money for cleaning, on booking was price INCLUDING taxes and extras. We realized that we paid more even AFTER paying what is totally unfair. 2. We paid 20 eur for cleaning but the flat was really a lot of dust and even mold in the bathroom. We suffer from cough during all our staying. They did just very basic cleaning. 3. We missed a shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, we had to buy our ones. They asked 8 eur for these things. Not nice. 4. All night we had to listen sounds from the heating.
