The apartament is in great location. If only it was cleaned, it would be a great idea to stay in Budapest.

The apartament was dirty - looked like it wasn't cleaned after previous guests. Trash was not taken away, bed linen and the towels were dirty as well... In bed we found hair of previous guests and the broken glass was on the kitchen counter. Immediately we reported that to the client service, they responded 3 days later, when we were after check-out.

They changed our apartment for a small one /without bedroom and wifi / few hours before arriving...airconditioning was broken and the apartment was dirty...very bad communication...we didnt get what we were promised
