Villa Gaya Ubud

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Gaya. It was the perfect spot for our family. The staff were amazing and the property was perfect. We will be back.

The property was clean, facilities excellent, great pool and helpful staff, great location just a short walk to the centre of Ubud.

We loved everything about this villa. The location, the size (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), the pool, but most of all the staff! Eka, Wayan and the lovely ladies who made our breakfast every day were all so friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here just for the staff alone! Anything we needed they were able to help us with. My children both have coeliac disease and are unable to eat any gluten. For breakfast, they were able to accomodate us to ensure that the kids were able to eat safely. While they didn’t understand what gluten was, they were happy to learn and would ask me for advice for making gluten free options. The villa is practically brand new (finished in April 2023 I believe). So everything was in great condition, and kept very clean by the staff.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, however I should mention that as the pool is shaded most of the day, it is quite cold. This can be a good thing on a hot day though! There are a few noisy roosters who live behind the villa, which we would hear throughout the night. It didn’t really bother us, but might someone else.

Amazing clean and beautiful villa. The staff were friendly and very helpful to organise family activities! Overall a lovely stay.
