"Fabulous place spoilt by lazy breakfast ofering."

Centre of town. Lovely comfortable suites

We asked for an early in room breakfast as we had an early start. 3pieces of toast arrived at 6.50. Poor effort as plenty of notice given.

"Definitelly the best place to stay in New Zealand, such an amazing location, room and service!"

The room was just amazing, very large with fire place and balcony, great view view and free mini bar including Nesspresso, big comfortable bad and also big and comfortable beds, everything was perfect, also valet parking available. The location was just 50 meters from restaurants, bars and lake promenade

The location, room size and cleanliness were very good and overall interactions staff was exceptional.

The only negative would be the noise late at night from the Lane way on Saturday night.....but not sure that that can be helped. If possible, try to book a non-Laneway room.

"Amazing Boutique Hotel"

Everything is precisely thought and the service is one of the best i have ever seen. The room is amazing and huge, with a lot of top tier details. The complimentary amenities at the room and the afternoon drinks and canapes is the icing on the cake. i also loved the indian-african restaurant from the hotel. The location is the best in town.

I stood six nights at the hotel and for my length of stay i think the breakfast menu was a little short, it could have more options.
