Excellent food and customer care. They went the extra mile for us as it was our wedding.

Nil. Parking was a problem however the staff parked the car and sorted that.

"A luxurious and exquisite hotel, perfect for Queenstown"

This felt like a honeymoon suite and was the outstanding accommodation of our whole holiday exploring most of New Zealand. The bedroom was large and very comfortable with a delightful balcony and its bathroom was luxurious in every way. Breakfast was delicious and as stylish as the rest of the hotel, all prepared to order, not a buffet.

It's not possible to bring a car right to the front door as the hotel is in a pedestrianised block, but in fact we were able to park for unloading just 40m away and it didn't cause us any problems

Loved the design of hotel, room and restaurant. Delicious breakfasts and appreciated the early to late hours (til 11:00am). Great location. Friendly staff.

I recommend you replace the little brown square soaps in bathroom with ones that don’t leave a yucky brown smear on sink.
