The hosts are responsive and very prompt at responding to any questions. We were met at the property and the check in was very efficient and quick. The apartments is ideally located very close to the shops and good restaurant and within walking distance of V & A waterfront shopping district.The WiFi worked seamlessly and quite reasonable speed. The kitchen is well equipped with all that may be required. The provided parking bay was a must for us and it helps enormously if you have a vehicle as street parking is not easy. The apartment was clean and pleasant and well laid out with the added benefit of two bathrooms. Very safe and secure. Will certainly stay again.

There is traffic noise as it is on a main road. Not a problem but good to know.

Modern, clean and comfortable.

Minor issues: Plugs in basins don't hold water. No tissues. Limited tea bags. No green tea. Noisy redecorating work outside apartment during the day.

The apartment is beautiful, modern style, very clean, and very quiet.

The WIFI network was poor, and we struggled to connect to the internet, we struggled to connect to the DSTV, thus we had no TV to watch when we were in the room.

I had a pleasant stay at Chelsea on Main, with several standout aspects that made my visit enjoyable. The location is fantastic—ideally situated near the Waterfront and Green Point Stadium. The area is well-connected by Uber, making it easy to get around, and there’s an excellent selection of restaurants within close proximity, catering to a variety of tastes. A special mention goes to the security staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their professionalism and welcoming demeanor contributed greatly to my overall comfort and sense of safety.

The apartment itself was comfortable, but I found the starter pack disappointing. The provided items, such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, and washing machine tablets, were of low quality and insufficient for a longer stay. Additionally, essential cleaning supplies, like kitchen spray and a broom, were notably absent. While I understand the concept of a starter pack, enhancing its quality and offering a more comprehensive selection for guests staying two weeks or longer would significantly improve the experience. That said, the management team deserves credit for their responsiveness—they promptly replaced a malfunctioning toaster, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed that no prior notice was given about building maintenance prior to my visit. On one occasion, the balcony was unusable due to the work being done. Advanced communication about this would have been greatly appreciated to better plan my stay.

The location was great. The house was clean and very nice. The host was great and we had a smooth check-in. Rooms are big and clean and beds are comfy.

Well appointed and in a great location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
