"Short City Visit after a month long road trip."

Nice and easy place to check-in and park. Clean and modern kitchen. West facing balcony for sundowners. Plenty of nearby places to eat and drink.

TV's are smart TV models but old tech meaning Apps like YouTube glitch even though Wi-Fi is excellent.

"Good, spacious and handy location."

Spacious and very well equipped with private covered parking. Good WiFi, good shower pressure, comfortable bed. 12 minute walk to the Waterfront, 130 Rand Uber into centre of Cape Town. Bootleggers and Woolworths immediately adjacent. Lift.

Being close to the main Rd it is a little noisy. Sofas would benefit from updating. Generally all good. One thing to note is address is given as Main Rd, but entrance is round the corner on a side street. Quite confusing trying to meet host who was waiting at the entrance, but we'd only been given the Main Rd address.

"Perfectly located well appointed apartment in Greenpoint Cape Town."

Great location for bars and restaurants and Woolies. Easy walk to the Waterfront for shopping. Felt very secure with the 24hr reception and underground parking. Apartment was very well appointed and perfectly met our holiday needs.

Some noise at night from Main Road but we got used to it!

"Exceptional"

Conveniently located apartment, 15 min on foot to the V&A Waterfront. Supermarket and restaurants a few steps away. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Speaking of comfortable - the beds are great. Host always available when needed, check-in super easy. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
