Hot water in the bathroom is not very hot and the hot tap in the kitchen takes a while to come on.

Great location close to harbour in a wonderful part of the world. Very quiet even though on a main road above chip shop. Well appointed.

Would have preferred a bigger bed and softer pillows. Can't get BBC or ITV on TV. Lovely hot water but maybe a notice to say be patient as it takes a while to come through the tap.

This is a very clean, one bedroom flat close to Porthleven Harbour. It is well equipped for a weekend getaway. Comfortable bed. Affordable price. Loads of great places to eat locally, good pubs, arty shops and stalls. Fab walks around the town and coast. Easy to get to Marazion, Lands End, St Ives, Falmouth etc. from Porthleven, so a fab base.

There is definitely a sound proofing issue - the flat is upstairs from a fish and chip shop, so quite a bit of noise when it is open, plus the bathroom smells of fish and chips! It just meant that we spent our evenings out exploring the local pubs and restaurants until later in the evening. I'm pretty tech savvy, but struggled to get much to work on the telly despite it being connected to the WiFi.

Spacious, quiet, clean, very comfortable and welcoming with coffee bags and biscuits. Great to have a sofa and armchair, the kitchen is very well equipped and the location is fantastic for the harbour.
