Great location, friendly host, comfortable beds, had provided fan for hot weather. Flexible on check out time.

No hot water for shower in our room. Sheet on main bed had cigarette burn on it.

Maintenance lets it down, hooks hanging out of wall, pieces dropped off/ missing from bathroom mirror, Window couldn't be closed so noisy and had to use earplugs

Kettle was not clean, running water made a horrible noise

The location was great and the room was respectable.

It would have been good to of had some drinking water in the room as it was so hot on arrival. My top window was not closing due to lose and miss aligned catches.

Host hard to contact when needed Confusing as no reception area ? just open the door went upstairs here’s your key need anything ring the doorbell. Clear maybe in a rush ? As we checked in maybe later than they anticipated however checkin was 3-9 pm and we arrived 630/7 had a call on route to ask our check in time . Tv didn’t work , and when tried to press ring door bell to contact nobody really answered. Upon checking out no one really there this morning- 8am so where do we leave key? No reception as such ? So door was locked and key on the door. Check out was 7-11am . WiFi great ! Easy ! Cupboard in room had old things in crumbs wrappers and some saxa salt container . Shower weak but did the job. Flood light annoying and bright but the room was comfortable.

The property was located at the seafront and had a beautiful view from the bay window. It was quiet and peaceful.

The steps were narrow and difficult to navigate for a disabled person. En-suite shower had very low water pressure.
