Staff excellent helpful and very friendly

Curtains dirty no under curtains for privacy toilet loose dirty chairs reception and lounge area

the lady at reception was very friendly very welcoming

What annoyed me was the room and the toilet separated it was not up to the standard that I hope it with could be

I like that it was in the part of downtown surrounded by places to eat and places to go

The property was OK. I would give it a 7 1/2 close to an eight maybe but it was OK for the quote for the cost.

It’s in a good location so it’s easier to access all the amenities.

I didn’t like about sharing bathrooms, and they don’t offer slippers so you should come prepared.

The staff.

The bedding was dirty. Room was dirty papers layjng on the floor when I entered.

No breakfast

The place has a lot of people walking in and out.

The location is alright.

Most rooms have shared bathroom. Even worse, the drain in the shower was clogged up, so other people's dirty water kept coming up.

No windows in the room and bathroom . Stained linen . Bathroom floor tiles not finished completely (safety hazard ) Shower still busy with renovation and no shower door handle . No soap and soap dispenser. No towels provided . No fridge , no milk , no coffee , no kettle, no tea /coffee. Too much noise during the day.

Everything and I booked online. It was too late for me to look for another place
