The staff everything else was absolutely horrible

There was no electricity my whole stay so I left The people woke me up in the middle of the night to kick us out but they then realised they had the wrong people.

Nothing. The place is overpriced and in poor condition.. It is advertised under false pretenses. The place is more like a hostel. A hostel prison and it should be advertised as such. Not as a bed and breakfast but a hostel. There is a big difference. They have a supposed kitchen with no tea, coffee, or anything. No bottled drinking water for each of their hostel rooms. They charge $40 USD for the evening. Pathetic service. If I wanted to sleep in a dormitory, I would've booked a bed in a dormitory. I am a researcher, and I travel a lot throughout South Africa, so I know what value for money is. This place is a scam. What they advertise is not what you find as a business traveler. I was out all day, and xxmd to sleep there only. But in saying that, I did not expect such a dump for the price they charge. They must be closed down. Their license to operate under a bed and breakfast must be revoked. They scam people.

Nothing. Nothing. Nothing at all. I had to ask for a kettle and coffee, brought to me the second night. The one set of plugs did not work and another was high up in the sky.. You'd expect there to be shower gel and a shower cap in the room. Nothing. Just a plain old ugly bed for the $40 USD I paid. In other bed and breakfast services at the reception or in your room you are given the wifi password. In this dump, I had to ask for it. I arrived there at 11:00 pm. Went to the work event at Iziko Museum. When I returned, the place was locked. I had to phone to be let in. A dump of note.

Location was perfect

The management attitude. The filthness of the bathroom. The bed is old and uncomfortable. Pillows are from way back. No towels and bathroom essentials. The electricity socket was coming out with my charger.
