Found the apartment clean

A lot. False advertising and extremely poor customer service. We booked one of their units at The Blyde expecting what was advertised, only to be disappointed on arrival. To make matters worse, the unit had no electricity for hours in the middle of winter. Calls went unanswered, messages were not attended to urgently, and communication throughout was poor and unprofessional. Important information was not communicated in advance, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend booking through this agency.

I really liked the location of the property , its in a convenient area with easy access to shopping malls. and the surrounding also felt safe and peaceful.

There is absolutely nothing i didn't like there...i liked everything , i had a pleasant stay and everything met my expectations, no complaints at all i enjoyed my stay.
