Place is neat and quiet. The TV has DSTV, Netflix as well

You stilll have to pay extra money to access the pool area

I love the room the staff at the gate where very friendly...food was goodwhat

What I didn't like it's was the service from the agent who was helping us about the access code .....and my. Booking included the beach site entrance and gym but I didn't receive any .I had to pay for my self to enter beach site .....so I am still disappointed because I had no idea where to report the matter ........so I don't know that the people who suppose to submit ur paper they scammed us or I really don't know

The location was a major stand out, convenient location was confidently situated and easily accessible,making it ideal whether you are sitting for business or leisure. One of the standout aspects was the level is service.The staff were friendly, responsive and always willing to assist whenever needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The property was beautiful and it accommodated all of us well.

Unfortunately, our stay at The Blyde was disappointing due to several service and security issues. The security was extremely poor and clearly short‑staffed. There was a lack of proper control, and at one point, a gate was left open, which made us feel unsafe. The host was unreliable and slow to respond. When assistance was requested, responses often came 20 minutes later, which is unacceptable, especially when dealing with accommodation‑related issues. On arrival, there was no proper preparation or organization. Administrative processes were only handled once we arrived, which was overwhelming and stressful. This created unnecessary confusion and gave the impression of poor management and lack of planning.
