Rooms neat and clean...Front office manager approach very nice.Room service person are polite and good service.Food taste very excellent.Totally all are good in this resort.Thank you every one Levastle Staffs and management.

The bath room heater was not working, The food ordered is not hygienic. Poor service, don't order food in this restaurant I was very badly affected the oil they use is not good ,so please don't order food, but the room is good maintainance is poor

The staff were excellent — very attentive, approachable, and extremely caring. I visited Kodaikanal with my mother, who is a patient and has difficulty walking. The team went out of their way to assist us, providing a wheelchair and ensuring she was comfortably settled into the room. They were very accommodating with our food requests as well, preparing meals exactly as my mother needed. It was truly a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. A special thanks to Raja, who was available round the clock for any assistance we needed. People like Raja are a true asset to the hospitality industry. Thank you so much once again for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, I would like to suggest that the curtains could be improved, as they appeared quite old and had signs of fungus. Given the consistently chilled weather in Kodaikanal, there is a higher chance of fungal growth, which can potentially impact health through nasal exposure. I strongly recommend replacing the curtains to maintain a healthier environment for guests. Thank you once again for your hospitality and support!

Overall its good stay, Staff was very gentle and provide best room with Good views of sorroundings. Cleaning Ok, Everything was good actually .
