"Bad"

Reserved room in this hotel for three nights and they did not cleaned the room for three nights, Room was with dirty pillows and smelly bed sheet . We need to request at the reception even for a cup of water. No kettle for a cup of hot water to drink.Telephone, Tv was not working ( complained but not taken action)

There was no soap stand in the bathroom, shower head was not working, Bedsheets were not properly clean, there was nothing to hang the clothes in the toilet

"User experience in Nov24"

Room was nearly arranged. Good Car parking, courteous staff.

No bath towels, soap, provided. Soap and drinking water served upon request only. Breakfast menu was only 1 item ie Idly. Bathroom fittings were poor and kind of damaged. Proper power backup was not there. No internet.

"Hotel people only required payment. Not bothered about the guest comfort."

Bed cloth not changed. Dirty curtains. No towels. Worst room service.

Only nearest location to the lake. Good breakfast.
