Apartament położony jest w świetnym miejscu do zwiedzania i odpoczynku - blisko stąd na plażę Pomodoro, stare miasto (do promenady 400m) oraz dworzec kolejowy / bus terminal - dostaniesz się tam w 10-15 minut spacerem. Bardzo blisko znajdują się przystanki miejskich autobusów (dla mniej aktywnych), którymi można dojechać do miejsc wspomnianych powyżej, W okolicy znajdzie się także dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket DOK, świetne jadłodajnie (m.in. pizzeria Bota, "kanapkarnia" Noel, bar Viola), piekarnie oraz sklepy, w których kupisz wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótszy lub dłuższy pobyt. Dodatkowo apartament jest świetnie wyposażony - jest pralka i suszarka (linki na balkonie oraz urządzenie), płyta gazowa, lodówka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, żelazko, TV (kilka kanałów w języku angielskim) itd. Dzięki temu można zatrzymać się tu na dłuższy czas i czuć się przy tym komfortowo (byliśmy tu 11 dni). Lokalna atrakcja - miauczące koty o 7 rano (zamiast koguta).

Mało wygodne i skrzypiące łóżko. Przydałoby się nieco więcej półek ściennych dla lepszej organizacji rzeczy.

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not live up to our expectations based on the description, reviews and especially the price, we faced on Booking. We spent three nights there, but on the first day I already thought that we only had to sleep there only for two additional nights. Unfortunately, it significantly overshadowed our otherwise pleasant stay in Bari. Although the host's representative arrived on time and welcomed us kindly, unfortunately, even the first impression was not positive: at the address provided, there was a concrete, narrow inner courtyard with flats opening onto it, several of which were open and inhabited by locals Huge cockroach carcasses were lying in the courtyard. Fortunately, the apartment was on the second floor, where there were no bugs. The way there led through a stuffy, neglected, dark stairwell. After moving into the apartment, we realized that the bed creaked horribly with every little movement. The mattress on it was also quite thin. This completely prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. The biggest problem was hygiene: there was dust, and hair strands on the cushioned part of the bed. We also found hair strands in several places on the floor, and in the bathroom there were hair strands in the shower stall, and the bath towel was stained. The silicone sealant in the shower stall had also come loose. We reported this to the landlord, and as a result, his kind local representative came back and cleaned the apartment again?! This was moderately successful, but unfortunately, she couldn't do anything about the squeaky bed and noisy water heater. That's how it is. Overall, we did not get what one would expect based on the 9+ rating. There are other apartments on the floor with the same ownership, they might be in better overall condition. However, it is not communicated by the landlord. If I had known about these conditions, I would definitely not have chosen this place.
